The Mahankali Police Station along with Enforcers of intellectual property right carried a raid at Nilkanth Technology – Shop & Storage1-2-98, Kalasiguda, Parklane, Secunderabad. The district police of Secundrabad found the place dealing in fake Canon products. Cops seized fake Canon Packed Toners seized. Nilkanth Technology – Shop & storage unit were raided and counterfeit Canon materials were found at the storage unit of Nilkanth Technology and his owner Prakash Ravariya arrested. The accused was charged under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code and 63, 65 Copy Rights Act.
